Here's what's new:
Smart insights while appreciating your peers
Get additional insights on nominees you’ve selected to appreciate to help you make a fair and equitable recognition. You can see their recognition history and check when you last appreciated them.
Enable recognitions on selected groups only
Group admins can now restrict recognition posts in different groups and enable recognition only on their selected groups. To activate this setting, click on the “Group Settings” and view more to edit the content moderation settings.
Newly added Cost Center filter to select survey respondents
You can now invite employees to respond to a survey based on their cost center mapping.
Introducing advanced feed filtering for enhanced engagement
You can now navigate through your organization's feed effortlessly, focusing on the posts that matter most to you. Our advanced filters allow you to sort through posts based on specific categories – Birthdays, New Joiners, Anniversaries, Recognitions and General posts.
Option to delete birthday, anniversary, and new joinee posts
Group admins can delete birthdays, anniversaries or new joiner posts from the feed. To delete a post, click on the top-right corner of the post and click “Delete”.
Protecting your privacy with enhanced profile controls
With this update, you have the option to hide your birthday and work anniversary from your profile. When you opt to hide your birthday, the wishboard feature will be automatically disabled for your profile.
