At Xoxoday, we take employee confidentiality seriously. This document outlines our firm commitment to protecting your identity and ensuring that individual survey responses remain completely anonymous.

What We Promise You

Your Individual Identity Will Never Be Disclosed.

While we store certain attributes such as department, location, and reporting manager to analyze trends, we will never share your name, email, or any personally identifiable information with your employer or any third party.

Minimum Threshold for Attribute-Based Reporting

To maintain anonymity in group-level reporting, we only share insights based on attributes (e.g., department, location, or team) when there are five or more responses within that group. If a group has fewer than five responses, it will either be excluded from segmented analysis or merged into a broader category.

Data Access Is Strictly Controlled

All stored data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access. Only authorized personnel at Xoxoday—VP-Engineering or above with a direct role in survey analysis—have access to the decryption keys and can view raw response data. Even then, access is granted strictly under confidentiality agreements.

Your Employer Sees Only Aggregated Insights

Organizations receive only summarized insights, including overall trends, themes, and sentiment analysis. No raw responses or individual data points are ever shared in a way that could reveal your identity.

We Are Independent & Transparent

We act as a neutral third party in administering these surveys. We are not incentivized to disclose identities or alter feedback. Our sole objective is to help organizations foster a more engaging and inclusive workplace through honest, protected employee voices.
