Super Admins can design and configure custom Leaderboards by defining the scoring rules and ranking criteria for participants. This feature provides flexibility in showcasing engagement metrics and fostering competition within groups.
Drive RnR adoption through Reward Cycle
With the new Reward Cycle feature, Admins can create reward cycles for different types of awards, which can then be automated for nomination and approval, planned timelines and structured communication.
End users can see the active reward cycles for awards when recognizing their peers, enhancing adoption and participation.
Prorated budget allocation
Super Admins (and admins) can now allocate prorated budgets for teams and departments based on their size. This update ensures fair resource distribution and efficient budget management.
Expanded multiple-choice options in award configuration
We have expanded the number of multiple-choice options for configuring awards, from 10 to 15 questions. Also, the character limit for multiple choice questions has been increased to 100 from 50.
Get data on who are yet to claim their link-based rewards
In admin settings, under Data, we’ve added the filter “Claim Status” to help get insights on users who have claimed their redeemable link-based rewards and those who are yet to claim.
Bulk gifting with mobile number support
Bulk gifting now supports mobile numbers for file uploads, allowing Admins to include all active users when scheduling gifts in bulk, regardless of their login method. This is particularly beneficial for shop floor, field and remote workers.
Approval flow management for disabled nominees
Approvers will now receive a notification when attempting to review or approve award nominations for individuals who have left the organization. They can then choose to act or leave the nomination pending.
Wishing your colleagues made easier on mobile
We have improved our wishboard to allow users to submit their wishes directly through their mobile browsers without any requirement to download the app.
Chat support enabled for admins on mobile app
You can now reach out to our support through live chat on mobile app. Additionally, you can access all the help guides and stay updated about the latest releases on the app.
