Integrating Darwinbox with Empuls for automated user data import

About This Integration

This integration automates the user account management processes in Empuls, based on the employee data available in Darwinbox. With this integration:

  1. Add new employees to Empuls automatically, as soon as their Darwinbox profile is created.

  2. Edit existing employee data in Empuls, simply by updating their Darwinbox profile.

  3. Remove exited employees from Empuls based on their exit date in Darwinbox.

Once this integration is enabled, the data will sync between Empuls and your Darwinbox account once every 24 hours.

How to Set Up This Integration

Please contact your Darwinbox account manager and request them to share the below client details, with respect to your Darwinbox account:

Client Details Needed from Darwinbox:

  1. email: Email registered with Darwinbox

  2. domain: HRMS domain name

  3. uid: UID (Unique Identifier)

  4. Secret Key

  5. Active Dataset Key

  6. Inactive Dataset Key
