Open-Ended Feedback

Employees can share open-ended feedback so that HR does not miss out on crucial employee relates issues. Empuls consolidates all open-ended feedback in an easy to access historical report.

Set Up Engagement Survey

    1.
    Click on Get Started in the Employee Pulse Survey card under Empower > Measure Engagement
    2.
    Click on Get Started button on the Employee Pulse Survey page to initiate the pulse survey.

3. Select the frequency with which you want to run the survey. You can set it up as a one time survey or one that recurs once a quarter,
4. Chose when to start the survey. You can begin the survey immediately or on the 1st of the following month.
5. Click on Run Survey to publish the survey to your employees.

Send Survey Reminders

Send reminders to people who are yet to respond to the employee pulse survey to ensure timely feedback. You can do this by clicking on
--> Send Reminder at the top right corner of an active survey tile.

When you are done collecting feedback, you can stop the survey by clicking on
--> Stop Survey at the top right corner of an active survey tile.

Selection of Respondents in Recurring Pulse Survey

The survey invite algorithm segregates the responders into three groups where the first group of responders will receive the request to respond in month 1, the second group in month 2, and the third group in month 3 of a quarter. The algorithm collectively selects the employees randomly with no consideration for the department/location or any other metadata. This is intended to keep the surveys interesting to the users such that the response rate is high and there is no responder bias.
