If gifts need to be taken back (revoked) due to disputes, changes, or human error, the Super Admin can do it in a few simple steps.
Step 1: Navigate to Gifts > Admin > Revoke Gifts.
Step 2: Select the date range during which the gift has to be revoked.
Step 3: Click on the gift and then click Revoke to initiate the process of revoking.
When you revoke an award or gift, the following things occur:
Points are revoked back to the nominator's account.
The award status is updated in the reports.
A notification is sent to the award recipient to inform them of this change.
The nominator is notified regarding the revocation of the award.
If the nominator is disabled, Empuls can revoke the points to a different user's account.
