Empuls helps you set up gifts by creating gift cards and merchandise collections from across 20+ categories to give to your employees.

Collections provide the flexibility to gift employees with merchandise and gift cards, replacing the conventional points system.

How to set up product-based Gifts

Step 1: Add a Gifting Event

Navigate to Gift menu > Manage Gifts and click Add New Gifting Event.

Step 2: Create New Event

Select from existing event templates or Create New Event. Mention the details about the Gifting Event like Event Name, Title and Message.

Step 3: Configure Gift

In the next step, configure the gift. To set up a product-based gift, you can add a merchandise collection and a gift voucher. Select 'Yes, Add Merchandise Collection' and click on Select Collection.

Step 4: Select or Create a New Collection

Select a collection from the Collection(s) list or Create New Collection.

  • Select the country of your choice by clicking on the country name.

  • You can choose Gift Cards, Merchandise, or a mix of both to create your collection. You can filter options across 20+ categories, including Food, fashion, Lifestyle, Travel, Baby care, and more. Click on Add next to the product option you want to add to the collection.

Step 5: Add Products to the Collection

Products added to the collection can be reviewed on the right. Once done, click Next.

Step 6: Add Collection Details

Under the About this collection page, fill in the details like Name, Purpose, and Maximum spend. Once you've done this, click on Save. This will help you use the same collection for future use cases.

Step 7: Define Stakeholders

Finally, define who can send this gift and the stakeholders who will be informed of the process. Once you've done this, click Finish Setup.

Q: How do I reuse a gift collection for another event?
A: Once saved, collections can be reused for future events. Simply select the existing collection when creating a new gifting event.


Q: Can I automate gift sending for birthdays or anniversaries?
A: Yes. Use the Automated Greetings section to schedule and automate gift distribution for birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones.
