Use your earned reward points to purchase products from 1000+ brands. The redemption catalogue includes vouchers, merchandise, Amazon products (US only), customised SWAG, and experiences.
How to redeem points?
Log in to Empuls and navigate to Redeem on the left menu. This takes you to the Reward Store.

Browse through the various categories of e-gift cards, Merchandise, Experiences, and Flights, or search for vouchers directly from the search bar (E.g., Amazon).
For instance, you are looking for merchandise, where you can filter out the products based on categories.
You can filter out the products/gift cards on the basis of your points. Just click on the box of 'Picks for my points' , it automatically show the products in the range of your points value.
You can sort the products on the basis of 2 options 'Recommended' and 'Recently added'
Once you land on the e-gift card page, say Amazon Pay, add the required denomination, choose the quantity using the drop-down menu, and click on Redeem.
Once the transaction is processed, the order confirmation is shared with the user by default. The e-gift card voucher code is sent to the registered email address.
For merchandise-based redemption, you'll need to fill in the shipping details for the delivery of your order.

Q: How can I see my purchased voucher?
A: Voucher details will be shared via email, or you can see them on the order history page here.
Q: How can I see the product of another region?
A: Change the country from the top right corner.
Q: Can I book my flight from reward store?
A: Yes, go to the Flight tab > Click on Explore now > It will redirect to our Plum store where you can book your flight tickets hassle free and use your points.
Q: What to do if I'm not able to purchase any voucher/product?
A: Check with your admin, in case the redemption wallet balance is low - you can see the banner like this on the Reward store.
