⭐ Plan Reward Cycle in advance
Admins can now plan reward issuance in advance with automated processes for nominations, notifications, and messages. You have the flexibility to enable or disable rewards as needed.
⭐ Delegate access to user account
Admins can temporarily transfer their account access to another user during emergencies. Delegates logging in on behalf of the admin must provide a reason, prompting an immediate email alert to the admin.

1.Employee gifting for the holiday season
Spread joy and camaraderie by sending thoughtful gifts automatically with options from amazon, swag, vouchers.
2. Link-based rewards and instant/automated gifts
Employees can now receive rewards through unique links. These links contain predefined collections of products configured by the admins, and employees can choose their rewards exclusively from this curated list.
3. Enhanced reminders for employee greetings
Empuls allows you to send multiple reminders to managers, peers or direct reports until they post their wish: T-30 days, T-15 days, T-7 days & T-1 days. This is to achieve higher participation in wishing colleagues on their birthdays and work anniversaries.
4. Limit the number of people nominated in a single team award
You can set a higher and lower limit for the number of people to be nominated for a team award. This is to help HR stay within the budget for team awards.
5. Refyne integration

6. Merchandise choices for link-based rewards
Empuls now seamlessly integrates with the merchandise catalogue, which can be added to your reward collection, enabling you to offer diverse merchandise options to employees for various occasions.
7. Microsoft Viva integration
This integration allows posts from Empuls, for appreciations, birthdays, and work anniversaries, to be automatically shown on Microsoft Viva.
8. Survey access
In this update, HR and business head can access all pulse survey responses while all other users will have Team-level access, enabling them to exclusively observe the responses within their respective teams.
9. Deletion and duplication of custom Pulse survey
This update introduces a new feature that empowers HR with the ability to create duplicates of finalized surveys and delete any previous test surveys. This functionality ensures a cleaner final report by eliminating test responses from consideration.
10. Personalized feed on mobile
The new mobile app homepage now consists of message feed lists with the option to personalize the list, by sorting and applying custom filters, which appear as Recommended (as default).
11. Embed or upload videos to your posts
Simply embed videos within your posts on the Empuls mobile app. You can either upload a video or embed it by pasting the link from YouTube directly in your posts.
