To ensure a smooth redemption experience for users who have received points as awards or gifts, please maintain the wallet balance equal to the total number of redeemable points. This will help ensure that users can redeem their points without any issues

Manage your rewards and recognition budget here. Create coin(s) on the fly as and when you need them. coin(s) redemption for vouchers will be settled against the balance in your redemption wallet.

stpe 1- Create coin(s)

coin(s) are the currency on this product. You can use coin(s) to reward users or give them gifts (e.g. on their birthday). As the first step, you should create coin(s) to begin the process of rewarding. You only need to pay for these coins at the time of redemption.

stepo 2- Manage Budget

The coin(s) you created (or destroyed) on the first step are added to (or deleted from) your general purpose budget. You can distribute these coin(s) further to budgets of other users or use them to award directly.

step 3- Give Awards

The coin(s) you or any other users have in their budgets can be used for rewarding. Once rewarded, these coins can be redeemed by the award recipient.

step 4- Add Funds to Honour Redemptions

coin(s) can be exchanged against items on the redemption catalog and will be paid for by the balance in the redemption wallet. Please maintain a sufficient balance in the wallet at all times to ensure a smooth redemption experience. Don't worry though, we'll notify you if the balance is running low.
