Learn how to access your Order History

Follow these simple steps to access your order history:

Step 1: Click your profile image and select the Order History option from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: This page presents a detailed record of all your orders, along with the delivery status, points used, and price.

Step 3: You can resend gifts to your email, hover on the item first to see the Resend Gift card button and then click on Resend Gift card.

1. Where can I view my past orders on Empuls?
You can view your order history by clicking on your profile image and selecting Order History from the drop-down menu.


2. What information is available in the Order History?
Your order history includes a detailed record of all your orders, showing the delivery status, points used, and price of each item.


3. Can I resend a previously ordered gift to my email?
Yes. Hover over the item in your order history and click on the Resend Gift Card button to send it again to your registered email.
